This is a beautiful photo! Though the title isn't too original, it really suits the piece and I think there are a lot of factors that go into making this photo feel like summer.
First of all, the green and white colors contrast very well. I think it's fantastic how you have some purple in the middle there, too. I like how the shades of purple and green add a wonderful balance of both fantasy and reality.
The focus is lovely, the shallow DoF adds depth to the photo; it also takes away the busy background distractions. It's important that the focus is sharp, though, so that we see all the details and I think you did a wonderful job capturing that.
I also like the lighting in this photo, how it seems to come in from the left corner and illuminates the dandelion. The darker shades of the background make it less distracting and contrast with the lighter colors of the dandelion. Nice work!
I do think the composition could be improved, though some of it may just be personal preference. The photo feels too centered for my liking, and I think it you would've benefited from using the rule of thirds to draw our eye in. Different angles and perspectives might add an interesting touch, too. I just feel like there are too many simple dandelion shots such as these, centered ones. I'd like to see a little more variety.
You know, one thing that would be interesting was a vertical composition for a dandelion photo, rather than the common horizontal ones I see all over. Just something to consider.
